I am improving myself by practicing prayer, meditation, and a daily energy routine (from Remembering Wholeness: A Personal Handbook for Thriving in the 21st Century by Carol Tuttle) for 20 minutes daily for 40 days without missing a day. Once completed I will write a new blog post and link it to the Self Care post from July 2016 link HERE (Working on it now!)
